American Municipal Power pays businesses in Ohio rebate incentives for performing a lighting retrofit project, reducing their lighting energy use for their plant, warehouse or office lighting.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PRLog (Press Release) – Jan 29, 2011 – As of January 2011, Ohio area businesses who buy their power from their local municipalities can realize a rebate incentive through AMP (American Municipal Power) for doing a lighting retrofit of their factory, warehouse or office lighting.
Today’s new energy efficient T5 and T8 fixtures replace older HID (high pressure sodium and metal halide) high bay and low bay fixtures found in factories, warehouses, distribution centers and industrial manufacturing facilities. These new fixtures use half the energy and when compared to the depreciated HID fixtures they replace, improve light levels dramatically.
